CREEKSIDE'S DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
We prefer NOT to ship unless it's the only way possible. Most of our puppies are hand delivered by me to their new families. We like to meet the new families in person and make sure the reunion is as stress free for the puppy as possible.
We try very hard to find a flight to deliver your new baby to you for around the same price as you would pay to ship the puppy alone. We try to do turn-around flights but if a stay over is necessary then that will be added to the price of the delivery.
Of course you're welcome to fly here and pick up your new baby and we'll meet you at the airport. We use Sacramento International Airport. (SMF)
If shipping is the only way possible, we will ship with Continental Airlines ONLY. You must be sure that Continental flies into the airport of your choice and that those flights are able to accomodate live animal shipment. Not all planes are able to accomodate live animals.
Our shipping price is $400.00 to $500.00 This will depend on the size of the dog, the distance it's going and other variables which will be discussed before your purchase. The average price has been $400.00
SHIPPING TINY ONES (under 3 pounds as an adult)
If the puppy you choose is a teeny tiny one, Creekside Puppies will NOT ship it for any reason. The puppy must be picked up in person or hand delivered to you.
DELIVERY IN CALIFORNIA
With the price of gas sky rocketing we now must charge $1.00 a mile for delivery.
OUT OF STATE DELIVERY
The cost of out of state delivery will consist of the plane fare (or mileage if we drive) and any motel stays that might be needed. In most cases turn around flights are possible.
